Prior to joining American Landmark Lisa Santiago served as Vice President of Operations for Invitation Homes.  During her time with Invitation Homes, she managed multiple portfolios across Orlando/Jacksonville/South Florida and The Carolinas.  Lisa’s 22+ years in the real estate industry has led her to gain extensive knowledge on operations including but not limited to rehab and construction/maintenance/leasing and marketing/financial analytics and management.  Lisa has managed a wide range of housing types including single family/multifamily/affordable housing/retail and commercial.  Lisa is a Florida Licensed Realtor currently working on her broker license.  Lisa is also a CPM candidate.  When Lisa is not working, she loves spending time at the beach with her family.
