Managing Director of Acquisitions | American Landmark

Bulent serves as the Managing Director of Acquisitions for American Landmark, and is a Member of Senior Executive Management Committee. Bulent is primarily responsible for sourcing, identifying, underwriting and due diligence of acquisition opportunities. He works closely with operations teams in preparing budgets and transitioning new acquisitions as well as with legal team on PSA negotiations. Since joining American Landmark in 2018, Bulent has closed over 105 acquisition transactions. Prior to American Landmark, Bulent worked as a financial analyst at Marcus & Millchap focusing on multifamily transactions. He holds a Bachelor's of Business degree in Finance and MBA in Finance and International Business concentraions from Western Illinois University. Bulent has been part of the Landmark Leadership team for over 4 years.
