Vice President, Capital Markets | American Landmark

Siara Rodriguez-Mirabel joined American Landmark in 2021 and played an integral role in the success of the firm’s fourth fundraise, which surpassed its target of $975M closing just over $1B of capital. As part of the Capital Markets team,  she supports the firm’s capital formation strategy, investor engagement, and institutional fundraising efforts. Siara works closely with the firm’s senior leadership on fundraising and investor initiatives, pairing a relationship-driven approach with analytical and modeling capabilities that support informed, transparent communication with LPs. As an advocate for sustainability in her personal life, Siara is a dedicated member of the firm’s ESG Taskforce where she contributes to reinforcing American Landmark’s environmental and social initiatives with a focus on transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation. Beyond her work within the firm, she serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Jersey City Theater Center, where she champions arts accessibility and cultural programming. As a Hispanic woman in real estate finance, Siara is committed to expanding representation and elevating diverse voices within the corporate world. 

Prior to joining American Landmark, Siara spent 6 years at a New York–based Registered Investment Advisor with $2B in AUM. There, she worked directly with the Managing Partners to build and implement core operational and financial systems for the firm. She also supported several multi-billion-dollar private equity firms as a financial modeling specialist. Siara received her B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from NJCU.
