EVP of Renovation Construction | American Landmark

Lee serves as Executive Vice President of Renovation Construction for American Landmark, overseeing major capital projects, renovations, and insurance claims across the company’s western portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate, Lee focuses on delivering high quality renovations, cost efficiencies, and on time project completion.

Since joining American Landmark in 2015, Lee has successfully renovated more than 100 assets totaling over 37,000 units and $350 million in capital projects and insurance claims. She is known for her hands on leadership style and her ability to deliver strong renovation outcomes while maintaining high standards for resident satisfaction and asset performance.

Prior to joining American Landmark, Lee held roles with Siebert Realty and Hawthorne Residential, gaining experience in both luxury vacation rentals and multifamily operations. She began her career managing store redesign and remodel projects for Lowes.
