Senior Executive Portfolio Manager | American Landmark

Jessica serves as Senior Executive Portfolio Manager for American Landmark, where she is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance and strategy for the firm’s multifamily investment entities. She is a member of the investment committee. 

Jessica has over 20 years of real estate experience across a diversified mix of assets, property markets, and ownership structures. Prior to joining American Landmark, Jessica was Managing Director of Portfolio Management and Global Head of Asset Management at Partners Group, a Swiss-based global private equity firm, where she focused on managing the firm’s $16 billion direct real estate portfolio. At Partners Group, Jessica also led the real estate research and sustainability teams and served on the investment committee. She began her real estate career at Clarion Partners, where she held asset and portfolio management roles for Clarion’s opportunistic fund series. 

Jessica received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University, a master’s degree in finance from the University of London, and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008.
