Erik Mancol-Bilbo is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) with more than 17 years of multifamily experience across ground up development, lease ups, redevelopment, stabilized communities, and Affordable AMI and PFC housing programs. He oversees a portfolio of communities in the Dallas Fort Worth market and has extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation projects.

Prior to joining American Landmark, Erik served as a Senior Regional Manager with RPM Living, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of 3,000 units including stabilized communities and new development lease ups. His previous leadership roles include positions with Lantower Luxury Living, Berkshire Residential Investments, Gables Residential, and Milestone Management.

Erik currently serves as the 2026 NextGen Co Chair for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and is a graduate of the National Apartment Association’s 2023 Diversity Leadership Program. He was also recognized with the 2023 AAGD Sapphire Award for Regional Supervisor of the Year.
