EVP of Eastern Operations | American Landmark

Colby serves as Executive Vice President of Eastern Operations for American Landmark and is a member of the Senior Executive Management Committee. He provides strategic leadership for the firm's East Coast multifamily portfolio, overseeing operations for nearly 15,000 apartment homes and leading regional teams responsible for operational performance, financial results, resident experience, and asset value creation. Colby brings extensive multifamily operating experience in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing leaders, and executing strategies that improve portfolio performance. His expertise spans operations, budgeting, revenue management, talent development, sales, customer experience, and organizational transformation.  Prior to joining American Landmark in 2017 as a Regional Manager, he served in senior management roles with Radco Residential and Aspen Square Management.
